Online Training Initiatives

As part of our Happybara mission statement, we aim to provide hands-on training and work experience for neurodivergent young adults. Initially, this took the form of retail work experience in our shop in Wilton.

In 2025, we launched our new online training initiative to better suit the needs of people who prefer to work remotely, or have an interest in web development and content writing.

The Training

As part of the online training, the Happybara team has been granted access to the SEO for Small Business Masterclass - an incredibly detailed series of videos teaching foundational SEO terminology, SEO strategy, and how to use the Shopify E-commerce platform.

Over six weeks, the students undertake the training videos and workbooks, then join weekly video calls for 1:1 feedback and training with our Training Partner, Bee, who works closely with Kirsty to ensure the training methods were suitable for the participants.
